One of the top ten contenders to the Global Teacher Prize 2020, Olasunkanm Opeifa has donated 30 copies of his latest book, ‘Oral English Pedagogue,’ to the Ogun State government.

The Global Teacher Prize 2020 holds on Thursday at the iconic natural history Museum, in London.

He said the donation was one in the series of efforts aimed at expanding the frontiers of knowledge in Ogun State. The author has won Microsoft awards on many occasions in addition to winning Maltina Best Teachers Award in 2018. The author who was represented by the Foundation’s Director of Research and Publicity, Segun Adeleye, stressed the need for teaching and non-teaching staff training.

The Permanent Secretary in the state Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Mrs. Abosede Ogunleye, “It is as if the foundation has peeped into the minds of Governor Dapo Abiodun, who has given his words to begin the adoption of a school policy whereby old students renew infrastructure in their alma mater.All rights reserved.
