Women locked out of the workforce because of childcare expense is 'terrible' | Sky News Australia

Shadow Education Minister Tanya Plibersek says the Labor Party never want anyone to say no to an extra hour of work simply because “they can’t afford childcare”. Labor wants to increase the subsidy per dollar that families spend on childcare from 85 cent to 90 cents. This subsidy would be available to every household earning below $530,000.
