A female teacher was passed over for a job at a prestigious boarding school in favour of a male rival because he had a "strong handshake", a tribunal has heard.

stupid of her to sue. who will dare give her an interview now.

Extracurricular activities? Err...no! Evening supervision? Hmmm..No can do sorry.

The male applicant inspired confidence apparently, what’s wrong with that? Some people just love a discrimination claim to hide a lack of substance, ability... or even just confidence.
