Minister scraps plan to calculate grades using model including past performance of schools

GCSE students in Northern Ireland are to be awarded the grades predicted by their teachers, Stormont’s education minister has announced.

Never in my personal experience predicted my students' grades lower than A. Made 3 out of 4 correct predictions 😆

Why can’t they do this for Alevel students, there are people who have deadlines for clearing and for appeals. Some only have until August 31st to secure their future.
