Officials for a public school in Maryland are investigating after a Nazi flag was pictured hanging in a classroom window over the weekend.

Interestingly perhaps, the majority of flag-bearers in the picture appear to be past the first flush of youth. So, is it something about gammons - grumpy, harking back to a mythical golden age, authoritarian tendency?

When my class brought WW2 family memorabilia into school,there were medals,newspaper clippings,etc But my friend brought in Wehrmacht memorabilia,b/c his grandpa was German.Teachers were unimpressed, & wouldn't let him display it He was a bit upset,b/c it was Wehrmacht,not Nazi
