The funds raised will assist with funeral expenses and other needs arising from this heartbreaking loss. Foundation founder, Daniel Chapin stated, "We are heartbroken to learn of the loss of this beloved and dedicated teacher and coach & stand in solidarity with the Jasper ISD family at this time. Gun violence continues to take its toll on our dedicated teachers and students across this nation, both on and off campuses. The time is now to end it. Not on the steps of the capital, but through changing a culture of violence which as in this case, took yet another promising life.
