Court documents say two roommates of the men accused of killing the 12-year-old girl went to police separately after seeing surveillance images of the suspects.

Court documents claim Vanwright on several occasions drove the girl home and at some point started talking with her on video calls in the evenings.teacher is accused of having an improper relationship with a 14-year-old student and sexually assaulting her, according to court documents.

Court documents claim Vanwright on several occasions drove the girl home and at some point started talking with her on video calls in the evenings. The girl told police that in February, he asked he to"expose her breast to him" on one of the calls. The court documents also said Vanwright"would tell her how to pleasure herself...while he watched."

While driving the girl home on May 8, Vanwright is accused of pulling into an empty parking lot, reclining his seat and asking her to sit on his lap. She told police that Vanwright sexually assaulted her during this incident while she repeatedly told him to stop.
