A high school senior who was killed this week in Dauphin County will be recognized on Friday at a graduation ceremony he would have attended with his fellow classmates.Tyron Perrin, 18, was fatally shot at an apartment building in Susquehanna Township on Tuesday night. His death came days before he would have graduated from Susquehanna Township High School on Friday.A 13-year-old boy was arrested Wednesday morning and is facing charges, including first-degree murder and a firearm offense.
No motives have been identified and an autopsy was conducted Friday.But at Friday's commencement ceremony, school district officials say Perrin will be remembered and honored for his life and impact to the community.A Susquehanna Township School District spokeswoman said a relative of Perrin will posthumously receive Perrin's diploma. Members of the graduating class at the high school will also recognize Perrin in their own way.The commencement ceremony is scheduled for 7 p.m.
