Police report lodged against Gerakan president for alleged defamation

A police report has been lodged against Gerakan president Dominic Lau after he alleged that Saudi Arabian teachers are being brought in the country to education children. – The Malaysian Insight file pic, November 12, 2019.

A POLICE report was lodged against Gerakan president Dominic Lau today for allegedly making malicious statements and giving negative perception about Education Minister Maszlee Malik and the Pakatan Harapan administration. The report was lodged by Maszlee’s political secretary Mahmmod Kassim with regards to statements made by Lau, who alleged that Saudi Arabian teachers would be brought to Malaysia to teach students in this country.
