The important thing is that we support the eco sciences so our footprints aren't so destructive to the planet and our own lives.

Almost as if human ingenuity will prevail, and there is no 'existential climate crisis. Can we get on with life now?

Pystnm This is a horrible idea because it implies a way forward where coal burning tech could be sustainable when in reality the planet will be ruined long before synthesised coal could replace fossil fuel coal (it will never replace it because it will never be price competitive).

That's good. It will enhance cleaning up the atmosphere.

Yet it needs more electricity

Sounds groundbreaking. Hope this can be put to good use eventually. 🙂

Great new ideas!

Please tell me why. I can understand the sequestering of the CO2 but the process is going to be prohibitive.

Great 👏

It would be nice to re burn it.

This would be great ... if they weren’t burning coal to fuel it.

Your political coverage is biased. You're not to be trusted

Why would they want to that carbon dioxide is plant food

Why bother?

better to turn the co2 into o2...

Maybe they should just invent something that turns CO2 into oxygen instead

How about just putting harbor freight tarps over all the volcanoes. 🤔

... the only problem is that they use a coal power plant to run it.

Good, we can burn it again and again.

that's good, but is it profitable enough to be useful in the long run? i wish profit weren't part of the equation with everything b/c then we'd have had this problem done with eons ago.. but unfortunately...

And reburned again?! 🙂

Fake news

and then what-are they gonna put it back in the ground-whats the point?

Coal = Christmas presents 🎁

What to do with the coal? Stack it somewhere an then complain about the rain run off polluting waterways. attackweakminds nowin
