THE Education Ministry is still waiting for the final report on the recognition of the Unified Examination Certificate , which was supposed to be handed over at the end of October. Minister Maszlee Malik said the ministry and the committee are in contact to discuss the updates on the report. Effective July 2018, access to full reports will only be available with a subscription.
