Dad pays tribute to Aisling O'Connor, 20, who died after kayak accident in Kerry

A 20-year-old girl has passed away after she was involved in a kayaking accident in Kerry on Saturday afternoon.

Units from RNLI, the HSE ambulance and AeroMed, gardai and one unit from Killorglin fire service attended the scene, The Limerick Leader reports. In a statement to the PJ Coogan show on Cork's 96 FM he said: "My beautiful daughter just turned 21 on the 1st of September. "She enriched the lives of everyone she encountered... loving, bubbly, bright, vivacious, caring...I could go on and on.....always taking care and looking out for others.
