Can’t figure out why all the hate for a kid who’s doing her thing. Adults, grow up.

Do you ever want a teacher that makes threats against a teenager employed by a school? Fire him!

hmm. The way I interpret it, the teacher's comment seems to imply that Greta was coming to take guns away. It just seems a rather strange statement to make.

A direct threat to a child after we’ve seen countless school massacres. He chose the wrong vocation. “On leave” is usually the first step schools have to take for a tenured teacher to be removed. I hope it’s the same process in Iowa.

Seriously.

these people look healthy , fed , clothed , make up , protest signs , they look determined , aware , guess , global climate death ; picks and chooses who it .......

A teacher, making a “shoot her” joke about a child should be fired, permanently. We have to pay more and get better teachers.

She absolutely should be fired! The United States has gone crazy!

The world needs more of philosophers and less of kids like Greta Thunberg, and even scientists, to tackle climate change, hurricanes, earthquakes, floods. Physical bodily life is only one of many of possible modes of life, or the Bible and Science are lies and fraud! Need change!

A teacher that doesn’t understand science needs a new vocation.

On leave? She should be fired!!

On leave? School district should fire immediately! Another reason teachers shouldn’t be armed!

She's been called out for the lil rich entitled girl, actress, fake, fraud, hypocrite that she is

Fire the twisted freak.

Is Greta standing next to Tulsi and Elizabeth Warren?

Terrible

'Prior to the event, Matt Baish, a teacher from Waterloo West High School posted about Thunberg's visit, writing 'Don't have my sniper rifle.''

OMG, that's horrifying! I can't believe the hatred so many adults have for kids who stand up for their beliefs.

Why so angry over a little girl who wants clean air and water, which, by the way, inarguably benefits everyone?

A teacher shouldn’t threaten a child. If you don’t believe in climate change or don’t think it’s a priority, fine but why threaten a child?
