JOHANNESBURG - President Cyril Ramaphosa is visiting the family of murdered UCT student Uyinene Mrwetyana in East London on Friday.The women, aged 19, were killed in separate incidents.Ramaphosa addressed the nation on the scourge of gender-based violence on Thursday.The president said he would ask parliament to consider making the sexual offences register public and stated an intention to overhaul the database of sexual offenders.
