Timur Kimaletdinov, 16, hacked his family to death in Ulyanovsk region of Russia. He was a top performer at school and won academic competitions for brightness.

Those kind of eyes, I've seen them before, when a teen aims a gun in my face, while father watches and does nothing. Mandatory medication is neccessary with children, people are murderous.
