teaching unions are radical lefties, they will not like anyone who teaches values other than theirs. Nor will they be happy if private schools out perform them
As long as they don’t have charitable status, you can’t tell people how they should spend their money. We need a properly funded public education system though.
The question is whether the direction it undermines the education system overall. Many can’t afford £3k p.a. fees. Will this lead to a 2 tier system?
Once again rhetoric fails us, with norms masquerading as empirical.
