Tragic Irish teen, 19, was due to collect Leaving Cert results today

A bright young Galway teenager who died at her school's debs was due to collect her Leaving Cert results today.

Despite desperate efforts by medics, Jessica was pronounced dead at Portiuncula hospital. Officers said they are probing the circumstances and will examine the case. Local councillor Geraldine Donohue said: “My thoughts and prayers are with the Moore family at this very sad time.Gullane Hotel refused to comment when contacted by the Irish Mirror.A garda spokesperson said: “Statements will be taken from other students at the event and anyone else that came in contact with Jessica.“Clearly this is a horrific tragedy, the postmortem will answer the question what she died from so at the moment everything is just speculation.
