The new approach will give every principal a set student population based on the number of permanent buildings at their school, it has been revealed | Rabe9

NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian , Member for East Hills Wendy Lindsay and Education Minister Sarah Mitchell at Panania Public School south-west of Sydney.Newcastle University education lecturer David Roy said the way state's schools dealt with disabled children was sometimes haphazard, and could be further exacerbated by the new approach.

“As if life isn’t hard enough in Sydney, this is going to make it worse ... This will definitely split siblings up." She said siblings of existing students would still be able to enrol in the same out-of-area school “in most cases”.
