A SEARCH team hunting for the body of tragic Cambridge University student Alana Cutland have found what they believe is her body.
Police chief Spinola Nomenjanahary confirmed: "They have found a human body north of the site where she fell."It was recognised by the hair, shoes and clothes. Villagers wrapped it in a sheet of plastic and have started carrying it back to the village. Staff at her hotel said she was “staring into space” in the hours before falling 3,700ft from the plane.
The tiny propeller plane was rocking through the air as Ruth – the only other passenger – and the pilot grappled onto Alana’s leg in a bid to stop her death plunge. “I was trying to fly and stop her from falling at the same time. I was absolutely terrified, we all were.“But for the whole time Alana did not say a word she just struggled to get away from us.
