The Bucks County district attorney's office says 29-year-old Patrick Buhler, who has addresses in Morrisville and Mount Bethel, was arraigned Saturday on misdemeanor terroristic threats and harassment counts.
The complaint said Buhler said he was buying .223 caliber rifle ammunition because"he knows that cops wear bulletproof vests." Authorities allege he had visited other Walmart stores to buy ammunition, knives, and small-cylinder propane bottles as well as a two-way radio and binoculars.

Number one ... how is walking into ANY store and casually buying ammunition so acceptable... And number two ... good job the vile creature was charged .
The problem is NOT people. It's the wider society, where an individual can walk into a store and but an assault rifle and ammo with almost the same ease as buying candy. Assault rifles meant to be used to kill the most in the shortest possible time.

The second amendment says we have the right to keep and bear arms. It says nothing about unfettered access to high-powered rifles with high-capacity magazines. We ban people from owning tanks and machine guns. We can do the same with these high capacity magazines.

I think our past demands for un-infringed 2nd amendment rights are eventually going to infringe on our right to privacy and free speech because we can’t risk if someone was being facetious or not. I find it ironic the right thought guns would protect us from that.
