He said this at the launch of Sarawak's biggest STEM education showcase at Pustaka Miri on Saturday .
Manyin launched the event, accompanied by Pustaka Miri manager Salina Zawawi, Sarawak Multimedia officials, Curtin Malaysia officials and local dignitaries. The event was organised by the Sarawak government, the Sarawak Bumiputra Economic Fund, the Sarawak Multimedia Authority, Curtin Malaysia and Pustaka Miri.
On the event itself, Manyin said that the response was overwhelming and added that he saw children as young as five showing their skills in computer technology. "The state is going digital, and my ministry is laying a very solid foundation by exposing children in Sarawak to STEM at a very young age,"said Manyin.
