BREAKING: Shayna Jack has spoken after facing the Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority. ‘I’m not going to stop until I prove my innocence.' BACKGROUND:

Australian swimmer Shayna Jack is preparing to face the sport's anti-doping authority, ASADA, in Brisbane on Friday. Jack was sent home from a training camp ahead of the FINA World Championships in Korea after her A and B samples came back positive to the banned body building drug, Ligandrol.

The 20-year-old is facing a four-year suspension from swimming unless she can convince a tribunal of her innocence. The swimmer and her lawyers will reportedly not deny the drug was found in her body but will need to prove she unknowingly ingested it. Jack has maintained her innocence since learning of her positive drug tests. Image: News Corp Australia

What an incredibly tough situation for anyone, let alone a 20-yr-old not used to dealing with media scrums. Kudos to her (and I am making no comments re the drug offence one way or another)

Houghtontweets So we can assume Swimming Australia told her to be quiet about it then.
