Students balancing the pressures of high school and college admissions worry about whether to kick back or step it upFor many teenagers, summer break has become a multiple-choice pressure cooker, when they must decide whether to: rest and recharge, work and make money, or rack up activities that stand out on college applications.

With college admissions feeling ever more competitive, high schools and colleges are scrambling to combat the mental-health crisis affecting young adults. Counselors and psychologists say the bar for achievement keeps rising, and not just during the academic year.

The right answer would be beach and sex!
