Researchers led by the University of Copenhagen said there are foods high in saturated fat which also have a lot of vitamins, minerals, iron and fibre in them which may be missed if they're cut out.

Telling people not to eat saturated fat may be bad advice and do more harm than good, experts have warned.

It's true fats drops gears completely. You will live from tablets atleast to pull to one gear always. That means there's no life. Be aware limit fats from all kinds foods. Don't forget sugar and salts.
