JOHANNESBURG - Education authorities have asked police to monitor the area around Johannesburg's Forest High School in Turffontein, as it re-opens on Thursday morning.His alleged killer, a 19-year-old pupil, is expected to make a formal bail application on Thursday morning.The suspect is accused of murder and two counts of attempted murder.

What for? Parents know if their children are hooligans and have thuggish tendencies, why don't they put their foot down and use force to bring them to toe the line of the law. Ag sies! As if we have enough policing infrastructure and staff.
