This story is full of bull........ I'm sorry the Army would of given him leave... where was he stationed in a north Korean jail
As a soldier something is really wrong and not telling the truth why it took home years to get leave...
Again why was he not able to take yearly leave to come home and visit his Daughter or family.Shame on him I believe there is more to this story and its bogus that it took ten years... a commander of a tank have leave privaleges and the Army would of not let him come home on leave
Hmmmmm this is the most Bizzare story.He didn't see his family for 10 years and he's only a tank commander in Korea. I think I'd like to know the true story why he did not come home on normal yearly allowed leave. I think this is plain bull and sensationalism of a neglective Dad

A lovely event but I read all these tweets and was horrified the armed forces cannot be a little flexible and supportive of their staff with families. To miss 4 years of a child's education is so sad.
