I’m a life long educator. We’re talking 40+ years of school leadership. Nothing, I repeat, nothing good will come of this. Guns will be misplaced, lost, stolen and WILL GO OFF no matter how careful one is. AnOldWhiteVeteran who knows guns and schools

Towns should write their own regulations, forbidding any guns in schools. Teachers with guns, what could go wrong. It is like policemen as teachers, laughable, dangerous.

Now the students have to worry about getting shot in a panic during a school shooting. Kids running in different directions. Nervous teacher trying to shoot the attacker. Shoots a kid by mistake. Some cops can't shoot straight. WHAT CAN GO WRONG?
