Some 100 students are reportedly showing symptoms of inhaling chemical vapours. bayanlepas

The scene at the school in Bayan Lepas where a chemical leak is said to have occurred.

Authorities have yet to ascertain the source of the leak, although the school believes it may have occurred at one of the science labs. He said the authorities are scrambling for hazmat suits in order to get close to the scene although the situation is “under control”.An investigating officer from the fire and rescue department said a group of Form 4 students had been experimenting on iodine in the lab.
