Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge, returned to public duties yesterday following the Easter break as she opened a new school for excluded children in London. The mother-of-three opened Pears Family School, part of the Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families’ new north London headquarters, one day before her daughter’s fourth birthday. During the visit, Kate, 37, burst into a fit of giggles as she shared a light-hearted moment with fellow speaker Amy Herring, an advocate for the centre.
