The Philippine National Police has obtained CCTV footage which may help in the investigation of the death of a 21-year-old Baguio City student whose body was found burned in Bacnotan, La Union. Authorities recovered the burned body of Mark Dave in a vacant lot in Barangay Quirino on July 2, a day after he told his parents he would return to Baguio City after spending going home to Pozorrubio, Pangasinan.
