NOVELETA, Cavite — The Alternative Learning System (ALS) will reopen in this town for those who want to finish elementary and junior high school with the help of the local government here for the school year 2024–2025.

NOVELETA, Cavite — The Alternative Learning System will reopen in this town for those who want to finish elementary and junior high school with the help of the local government here for the school year 2024–2025.Mayor Dino Chua and Cavite 1st district Board Member Davey Chua encouraged interested parties to enroll at designated barangay and learning centers near their area.

According to Mayor Chua, this is a big deal for those who want to study but are unable to attend formal schooling due to work and other reasons.ALS is a parallel learning system in the country that provides a practical option to the existing formal instruction or schooling. When one does not have or cannot access formal education in schools, ALS is an alternate or substitute. ALS includes both the nonformal and informal sources of knowledge and skills.
