The boy who had a baby with paedophile Rebecca Joynes has issued a heartbreaking statement after the disgraced teacher was jailed.
Boy B, who is the teenage father of her baby, was also present. As reported in the Mirror, the teen delivered a victim impact statement telling how he was initially unaware of the abuse, but has since become aware that he is a victim. Judge Cornell said: "There is a breathtaking arrogance in your conduct. You were the adult. You were the person in control, the person who should have known better and entrusted by the school and the boys and by their parents to care for their sons. Instead, you abused that position of trust and exploited the privileged role for your own sexual gratification."
"I was worried about giving a statement about the woman carrying my child. I was coerced, controlled and sexually abused, it was very upsetting this happened to me and I had little to no support from organisations. He added: "I held many things back, I thought better off dealing with things alone. The gender inequality I have faced is concerning and because of my gender it has been considered less. Despite the difference in gender, the mental impact has been the same. It has had a tremendous impact on me.
