A ranch spanning 130 acres near Austin is up for sale with an uncommon amenity: a mountain bike park built from scratch by a high schooler. Rhett Jones drew up the plans as part of a high school capstone project in January 2023, he told Texas Monthly. Station Mountainbike Park opened just 10 months later, touting itself as the largest bike park in Texas.
