Kota Kinabalu: Six schools in Penampang and Tuaran were still closed on Tuesday for cleaning work after the floods, said State Education Director Datuk Raisin Saidin.

On Monday, a total of 10 schools from four districts, namely Penampang, Tuaran, Sipitang and Papar had to be closed due to the floods.Meanwhile, State Youth and Sports Assistant Minister Datuk Fairuz Renddan invited youths in the State to join in helping to clean SK St Theresa which was badly affected by the floods.
