A motorcyclist was hospitalised after a collision with a Luas tram in the early hours of Monday morning.
The driver of the motorcycle, a male aged in his 40s, was conveyed to the Mater Misericordiae University Hospital for medical assessment. A Garda spokesperson said: “Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene of a road traffic collision involving a Luas tram and a motorcycle, which occurred on Dorset Street, Dublin 7, this morning, Monday 1 July, at approximately 6.05am.”
