With the introduction of ChatGPT, the promise of generative AI and large language models has taken the world by storm. Even at this early stage, a wide range of use cases for these technologies has emerged across a variety of industries, including in my field of financial services.
What's particularly powerful about this setup is the ability to manage and utilize hundreds of specialized traditional ML models under the umbrella of a single LLM. This approach ensures that specific queries are addressed by the most capable model, from initiating conversations with a chatbot adept at recognizing signs of customer dissatisfaction to transitioning to solutions that enhance customer loyalty and increase sales.
