Renaissance Care’s Rosepark home residents and St John Paul II Primary School pupils took part in a range of events at a joint sports day.

Elderly residents at a Uddingston care home proved age was just a number when they were joined by local primary pupils to take part in a special sports day.

Lauren Kenny, Operations Support Manager, Renaissance Care, added: “The sports day was a huge success, the sense of camaraderie shone through as residents and pupils worked together in teams to compete in the various games. “The partnership with St John Paul II Primary School has been fantastic, the mood instantly lifts every time the children visit.
