Updated: Jun. 29, 2024, 9:05 p.m.Allison Havemann-Niedrach, 43, of Jackson, has been charged with aggravated sexual assault and one count of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child. She is a teacher at Freehold Intermediate School in Monmouth County.A 43-year-old intermediate school teacher has been arrested and charged with having a sexual relationship with a student, authorities said Saturday.

Allison Havemann-Niedrach, of Jackson, is charged with first-degree aggravated sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago announced.Havemann-Niedrach was arrested this week and taken to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution where she remained pending a court detention hearing, authorities said.They did not provide more details.
