Damian Barton ,18, is charged with one count of committing crimes against nature or sodomy
She said: ‘I was trying to help him. and I said “You can help me out and if you want to stay here a little bit, you can, but you have to go to church.”‘ ‘My initial reaction was the sickening feeling in your stomach with any kind of sick, evil type of act, like that…animal abuse, child abuse,’‘Especially with my dog… I can’t just let that sex thing go. I cannot, ethically, morally, push it under the rug and let it go.’Monica later called police and reported Barton’s alleged crime, before handing over the footage to officers when they arrived.
‘I don’t know what animals really know, what they remember. You know, he molested my dog and he had no right to do that.’State Troopers arrested Barton on April 19 and booked him at the Alpena County jail.
