The main problem is not really how much quota. It can be 100% Bumi quota, but the exam, syllabus, marking sys MUST be unified and same lah. The quota (numbers) problem arises is because of the easy passage to Uni for Matric students. Must understand the core problem.

Anak Malaysia tetap anak Malaysia..berbillion billion ampun

This is BAD news for students who don't get into this easy route to IPTA unis. The A-level route has just gotten tougher. But on behalf of the IPTS, terima kasih to MOE for another brilliant decision to helping to increase their market.

Same shit in a different package!

Change government, but same shit, 40,000 persons = BUMIPUTERA: 36,000 NON-BUMIPUTERA: 4,000 Don't blame intelligent workforce migrate to Singapore or other countries, this is what you act that makes them migrate... MaszleeOut

Looks like non-Malays and non-Bumis are talking to a wall. It is best non-Malay and non-Bumis demand for their own non-Malay non-Bumi matriculation colleges and universities.
