Amy Dowden has told fans she's 'still learning' as she continues to share updates from her sunny break. The Strictly Come Dancing star ditched the UK for Portugal over the weekend with her husband Ben Jones.

But there was one thing Amy was keen to let fans know, is that she never forgets to apply sun protection cream following her battle with cancer. Last May, the Welsh star was diagnosed with breast cancer and her treatment meant she couldn't take part in last year’s series of Strictly. Amy has since continued to share updates from her trip and referenced other changes as a result of undergoing several rounds of chemotherapy last year before being told there was 'no evidence of disease' in her body.
