The shooting happened in the parking lot of North Albion Collegiate Institute in Etobicoke, on the west end of Toronto, on June 2 just before 11 p.m. Just hours after the shooting, the teen was arrested in the area in connection with a stolen vehicle investigation, Det. Sgt. Campbell said, adding that the teen tried to flee the stolen vehicle. He was ultimately located and arrested by officers.
