PETALING JAYA: The Education Ministry is in the process of producing a new education blueprint to replace the Malaysia Education Blueprint 2013 - 2025, which will end next year.
As such, the public is invited to submit suggestions on the new blueprint through the Proposals for the Future of Malaysian Education 2026-2036 Portal developed by the ministry.The ministry said the platform facilitates the collection of information, suggestions, and ideas from the entire community regarding the direction of the nation’s education.
“In line with the ‘whole of society approach’ concept, the ministry welcomes proposals from various parties in the form of memorandums or proposal papers to help the ministry produce a comprehensive and holistic future education plan,” it said in a statement on Monday . “The ministry is committed to making the education reform agenda a success for the benefit of the country's future generations,” it added.
The Malaysia Education Blueprint 2013-2025 was launched in September 2013 by then deputy prime minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, who was also the education minister at the time.
