The National Universities Commission has accredited 18 undergraduate degree programmes at Sokoto State University .
He said the summary of the results was signed by the commission’s acting director of accreditation, Mr Abraham Chundusu, on behalf of the executive secretary of the commission and presented to the vice chancellor, Prof. Bashir Garba. According to him, while commenting on the result of the accreditation, the SSU Vice Chancellor, Prof. Bashir Garba, expressed the institution’s warm appreciation to the Commission for the outcomes of the exercise.
”Scoring full accreditation status for all the programmes presented to the NUC required commitment and dedication,” Shehu quoted Prof. Garba as saying.
