Pima County Sheriff's deputies responded to reports of a shooting in the area of West Ajo Highway and South Kinney Road at around 4:20 p.m., according to a news release from the Pima County Sheriff's Department.
Upon arrival, deputies found 56-year-old Martin Bloom with a gunshot wound, the news release said. Bloom was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. The suspect, 77-year-old Robert Ryan, had left the area before deputies arrived, but was located shortly after, the news release said.—————————————————————
