A three-year-old girl died in a blisteringly hot car after her father forgot she was strapped in her carseat in the family driveway.
Angela said: "All of a sudden I could just hear a panic in his voice,” Angela Jones told Fox News Digital. She added: "I initially thought she had gotten into the pool or something like that, and then he was like, 'Oh, my God, I don’t think I ever got her out of the car'. Then it hit him what has happening and he ran out into the driveway."
This week two Indiana parents were arrested after allegedly leaving their kids inside a SUV amid scorching temperatures. The pair were said to have ventured into Walmart on Monday evening to run a few errands. As they went inside, they allegedly left their children in their vehicle — which quickly started to heat up as they left the air conditioning off, the windows up and the doors locked.
