The State of Alaska is preparing to present its argument to the Alaska Supreme Court to reverse an April ruling by the Alaska Superior Court that found the correspondence study program unconstitutional.

ANCHORAGE, Alaska -

However, Homer Rep. Sarah Vance says she has a couple of issues with the judge’s ruling, which she calls “sweeping”. “Does this mean that we can’t pay for the art class, here at the local gallery by leading artist? Does this mean that the educational books that are from a private institution can no longer be paid for,” Vance said.
