The district says these meals help ensure students who relied on school meals during the academic year may still have access to good nutrition while on summer vacation.

As part of Houston ISD’s Summer Feeding Program, students and any child up to the age of 18, as well as enrolled students with disabilities up to age 21, can get a healthy meal at no cost during the break.Katy ISD giving out FREE breakfast, lunch to children
