Running this summer (ideal for the school holidays) the service will run from the city centre mirroring a similar one from Hamilton Bus Station.

Glasgow families looking to entertain their kids this summer can now easily get to Scotland's theme park with the latest service from First Bus.

Express service, the X7, will leave from Buchanan Bus Station and take roughly 20 minutes to get to the park.A second service will run from the Hamilton Bus Station and head to the theme park via Motherwell and Bellshill.READ MORE: Glasgow's Islay Inn under new management with big plans for 'sleeping giant' west end pub

Located next to Strathclyde Country Park, M&D’s is one of Scotland’s top visitor attractions. The theme park features thrill rides and family rides, as well as a host of activities, for all age groups. There is also an array of indoor activities including Cosmic Bowl, Game Zone and Krazy Congo Soft Play.
