“IVF is very much on the chopping block right now — on a state-by-state basis, but also nationwide,” she said. “They have come for abortion. They’re coming for IVF. They’re coming for contraception. Certainly, I believe that surrogacy would be on the table, if it’s not already.”that seeks to protect IVF nationwide by barring states from receiving Medicaid funding if they implement an IVF ban.
